The Company’s share capital is divided into 17,557,050 series A bearer shares of PLN 1 (one) each.

- As a result of the entry into force of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), all paper share ownership documents of OT Port Świnoujście S.A. must be submitted to the company by 31.12.2020 at the latest in order to be converted into electronic form. The validity of the share ownership documents issued by OT Port Swinoujscie S.A. shall expire by law on 1 January 2021.
- Submission of share documents to OT Port Świnoujście S.A. takes place against a written receipt issued to the shareholder.
