Ludwik Jan Heinsch | President of the Management Board - General Director

University degree: in 1980 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice

1983 – 1985 Municipal Office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, legal counsel in the magistrate court;
1985 Przedsiębiorstwo Obrotu Środkami Produkcji „BOMIS”, organization & legal specialist
1985 – 1990 Municipal Office in Świętochłowice, department head;
1990 – 1993 Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo – Sprzętowe „HPR” in Ruda Ślądka in liquidation, legal counsel;
1992 – 1997 Zakłady Odzieżowe „BYTOM” SA. with the registered office in Bytom, legal counsel;
1991 – today Law Firm of Ludwik Heinsch with the registered office in Chorzów
 
Ludwik Heinsch has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Giełda Wschodnia S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw in liquidation (since 2009) and the President of the Management Board of EVERGREEN House S.A. with the registered office in Gliwice (since 2002). Within the last 5 years, Ludwik Heinsch was / has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Kapitałowe IZO-ERG S.A. with the registered office in Gliwice (2009), IZO-INVEST Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Gliwice (2005 – 2009), IZO-ERG Sp. z o.o. (2005-2009) with the registered office in Gliwice, Norman Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Radzionków (2005 – today), IZO-Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Gliwice (2005-2009) and a partner of HEINSCH & BROLL legal counselling partnership with the registered office in Częstochowa (2009).

Grzegorz Kowalik | Deputy President of the Management Board

University degree in Economics, a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Foreign Trade.
 
He has gained his professional experience as a Financial Controller for Avon Cosmetics Polska. In 2000 he became the CFO at DHL International Poland and since 2004 he was a member of the Management Board and the CFO of Polcard SA, a company active in the field of financial services and payment cards. Two years later he became the CFO and the Deputy President of the Management Board of Pekaes SA, a logistics capital group. He was also a member of Supervisory Boards of companies within the group. In 2009–2015 he was a parter in Neopa, where he was in charge of creating, optimising and restructuring comprehensive operational, financial and purchasing functions. 
 
Since 2015 Mr Grzegorz Kowalik has been a Deputy President of the Management Board of OT Port Świnoujście and the member of the Management Board of OT Port Gdynia.
